Frequently Asked Questions
I have made a purchase. How does your LOYALTY PROGRAM work?
You will have earned 2.5% back as LOYALTY POINTS.
The next time your order contact lenses your points will be given as a discount.
I want to try a different brand of contact lens that I have not worn before. Can this be done?
It is always best to stay with what you know works for you. If you wish to try another brand it
is advisable to consult your eye care provider, who will fit a trial lens first to make sure you are
happy with your choice.
I can't find my brand of contact lens on your site! What should I do?
Let us know and we'll see what we can do.
I have got my contact lenses from you before, how do I get more?
Login and re-order. Once we have your records it is easy!
Can I claim contact lenses from my medical aid?
Yes, however we do not claim directly from your medical aid. You will need to pay us and then submit the invoice and receipt to your medical aid. You can claim back from most medical aids EXCEPT ones that are administered by PPN.
Can I claim coloured contact lenses from my medical aid?
No, a medical aid will only pay for clear prescription contact lenses.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery on all orders are FREE.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is stock dependant and normally physical delivery to your door takes 5 to 7 working days. If there is no stock with the suppliers then contact lenses will go
onto a backorder and may take 3 weeks. We will confirm if there are any delays.
Is there any difference between the contact lenses you supply and the ones I get from my local optometrist?
No. We order our contact lenses from the same suppliers in South Africa that your local optometrist uses.
There is no difference whatsoever.
I am unhappy with my order! What do I do now?
In the unlikely event that this happens please inform us and return the goods within 7 days unopened AND
undamaged and we will issue you with a full refund - no questions asked!
I have not worn contact lenses before and would like to order some. Is this possible?
No, you will need to see your eye care provider who will test your eyes and give you a
contact lens instruction. There are many measurements that need to be taken. The fitting of
a contact lens is very important to ensure good ocular health.
