If you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us and return the goods within 7 days unopened AND undamaged and we will issue you with a full refund.

Refunds

Credit cards refunds take up to 24 hours to be processed and 7-14 working days to reflect.

EFT refunds take- 7-10 working days.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is to a PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

Please ensure that it is during office hours. (A place of work is the preferred location)

Please ensure that the address you have provided is correct. If you have provided a company address, please ensure you have the following: Company name, street number, street name, suburb and province as well as area code.

Please ensure you have provided an address which someone is available all the time to sign.

Please check that your contact information that you have provided is correct.

Insufficient delivery information will delay your order.

We do our best to get your contact lenses to you as quickly as possible; however due to unforeseen circumstances and stock availability from suppliers this may delay a delivery.

Normally physical delivery to your door takes 5 to 7 working days. If there is no stock with the suppliers then contact lenses will go onto a backorder and may take 4-6 weeks. We will confirm if there are any delays.
