If the order does not contain a box of lenses a R75 delivery fee will apply if the order is less than R500.
Delivery time is stock dependant and normally physical delivery to your door takes 5 to 7 working days. If there is no stock with the suppliers then contact lenses will go onto a backorder and may take 4 weeks. We will confirm if there are any delays.
No. We order our contact lenses from the same suppliers in South Africa that your local optometrist uses. There is no difference whatsoever.

No, you will need to see your eye care provider who will test your eyes and give you a contact lens instruction. There are many measurements that need to be taken. The fitting of a contact lens is very important to ensure good ocular health.
Yes, we require a valid prescription (not older than 12 months) if you do not have your prescription on hand we will request it on behalf of you from your Optometrist. All new users will need their prescriptions verified to ensure that the correct lenses have been ordered. If you are in possession of your prescription, kindly email your prescription to info@contactlenses.co.za

We offer payments via Credit card and EFT.
If you pay by EFT, you will get a further 2% discount on your order.

We unfortunately do not accept American Express and Diners Club.
You will receive a copy of your invoice and receipt, you can forward this to your medical aid to be reimbursed. Please ensure both the invoice and receipt are sent to your medical aid to ensure payment directly to you, as if you do not submit both documents they may pay us and it will take 30 days to be refunded. Please follow up one week after submission to ensure your claim is in processing and payment will be made to you.
Please note that we are not PPN contracted as per the website so you will not be able to claim back from medical aid if your medical aid is administered by PPN. Please visit www.ppn.co.za to check if your medical aid is administered by PPN.
Suppliers will only replace lenses if samples are submitted for testing and it is a manufacturing fault. Torn lenses will not be replaced as this is not considered a manufacturing fault by the suppliers.
Lenses need to be returned at the beginning stages of the issues you experience as our supplier needs to test both opened and unopened lenses.
Please send an e-mail as soon as you encounter the issue to info@contactlenses.co.za informing us of the faulty product together with the LOT number and expiry dates, please keep the samples of the faulty lenses. We will arrange a courier to collect the lenses for assessments, replacement lenses will only be sent on the findings of the suppliers.
